 Fumed Silica for Fiber Reinforced Polymer(FRP)

Description:

The fiberglass product is made of glass fiber roving as reinforcing material and unsaturated polyester resin as matrix, which is formed by pultrusion. The specific strength of FRP can reach 4 times that of steel; the specific strength of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites can reach 4.9 times that of titanium. 


In the production process of FRP, unsaturated polyester resin is an important part of FRP. Use Of Fumed Silica can achieve the performance of Anti-Settling And ThickeningOur silica helps control the viscosity of FRP and achieve the desired thixotropy, and is also an indispensable and efficient thickener.
